H&P Wedding Print Order Form & Instructions

Print Ordering instructions:

1. Download the order form document Regent Hill Designs 2008 Order Form {please print the form if you are paying with a check}
2. Go to: http://www.flickr.com/photos/regent_hill_designs/collections/72157605813849720/
3. Click on the set that you want to order from
4. Click on the individual picture that you want to order
5. Insert photos name {example: PW-28} into the “image no. column” on the form
6. Fill in the remaining information in that photos row
7. Repeat for all remaining photos that you would like to order
8. Total up your order
9. E-mail or mail completed form to RegentHillDesigns@gmail.com

• If you are paying with a check, please mail it to the address above along with your completed order form.

• If you are paying with a credit card, e-mail the completed form to the address above and indicate that you would like to use a credit card. I will then set up a password secure post and send you the link.
